Dennison Bertram is a founder, developer evangelist, and builder. He likes to work at the edge of new technologies — where the protocols haven't settled, the tools don't exist yet, and the obvious answer is to build the thing yourself.
He's spent the last decade founding and scaling developer-facing products at frontier moments: an early Bitcoin exchange in 2012, the first Developer Advocate at OpenZeppelin, the low-code Ethereum tooling at DappHero, and most recently as founder and CEO of Tally.xyz — the DAO platform that became the standard for on-chain governance, transferring over $1b, and helping teams govern over $40b.
Before software, Dennison spent years as an internationally published fashion photographer and creative technologist, working with Elle, Vogue, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Heineken, GQ, and others. He still cares deeply about how things look and feel.

Platform for on-chain governance. Took Tally from zero through Series A as the category-defining platform for token-based organizations — 1M+ users, $1B+ in on-chain transfers, $40B+ in governed assets across 500+ organizations including Uniswap and most of the top crypto protocols by market cap. Backed by Blockchain Capital, Placeholder, Castle Island, and 1KX.
Founder — DappHero (2019 – 2020) Low-code platform for shipping Ethereum applications via HTML attributes — meeting web developers where they already were. Backed by Notation Capital.
First Developer Advocate — OpenZeppelin (2018 – 2019) Early employee. Pioneered the DevRel function at the leading smart-contract security firm — whose open-source libraries underpin virtually the entire Ethereum ecosystem and secure hundreds of billions of dollars in value.
Founder — BuyBTC (2012) The first Bitcoin exchange in the Czech Republic. Built it, ran it, navigated early regulatory ambiguity, and ultimately wound it down after regulator intervention. The earliest formative experience in building frontier technology before the playbook exists.
